I agree. A friend was telling me how some one who even prayed against him while in the Family and now that he is out he realized how wrong he had been. People change and there are genuine repentance, as in this case. But it seems to me that people who knowingly stay in are unrepentant, regardless of their words.

I also agree that as a victim I don't want to step on my own neck but I also want to avoid being unjust and not giving credit (good or bad) to whomever credit is due.

It's a fine line to walk and as a point of conversation/discussion/dialogue I wonder if we are not really in agreement but unable to communicate it well.
