Where were you 1 year ago Sept 11th?

I was sitting at home comfortably on my couch, working away on my computer, when my colleague requested ICQ chat and talked about "it looks like a sci-fi scenario", "they said it's a terrorist attack" and "the skies over NY are black with smoke". I couldn't make any sense of it, and she asked me to turn on CNN. I did so, and stayed glued to the screen. A few minutes later I watched as the 2nd plane hit the tower. I was glued to the tube for 3 days solid. The world was never the same again. To this day I can see the fallout of that attack.
