to make them have children so they are dependent on the group for support. With all their hoopla about the system not wanting their children to grow up, the F. has become even worse by first inducing them to have the need and then limiting their support. Reminds me of the pusher who just gives enough to keep the customers coming by.
If they can find that support somewhere else, many might gladly flee, but where?
