My comments on the letter from the Family

Posted by Ironsides on April 20, 2002 at 18:14:08:

>As you know, the Family has taken great pains to reconcile with former members and we are truly sorry for any hurts or bitterness that any former member may have, yourselves included.

Oh, look at this. Here is a little statement I am so ever familiar with from decades of experience, in being told 'what to think'! "As you know"! Now, really, I wonder if they have the SGAs writing their lettrs for them?--Or whether they still use their experienced veterans for such tasks?

Well, I don't want to think that, anyway.--Because it's just a God-damned lie! The only "former members" "the Family has taken great pains to reconcile with", were the ones they were scared shitless of. The most of us, they didn't care to know we ever existed.--So, go fuck yourselves up your unholy throne. As far as your being "truly sorry for any hurts or bitterness that any former member may have"--what a God-damned lie! You had nearly a year to answer to a real recent victim within the past two years, which has been followed by complete silence. You sick bunch of fucks! You get so cocky, and your lawyers tell you to send this letter, which makes you look squeaky-clean!

>We believe that Peter and Maria have extensively apologized for any incidents from their past that they have grievances about.

From the new push Maria is driving for in the Family, it's evident by her sarcastic, domineering letter to some SGAs who confronted her through email, that nothing is in the past. She let the Family have a little looser restrictions following the 1993 persecution, until the heat of those events died down. Now, she seems to be cleverly, tactfully and progressively, attempting to revive the conditons of submissiveness and obedience, which were conducive to many instances of child-adult sex, and sometimes torture. WS thought they could get Mo, Maria and Peter off the hook by excommunicating the few offenders who were exposed.--But, Maria and Peter have to assume blame themselves, by agreeing to the climate which led to the events. Now, years later, Maria is again demanding CMers to support the Family's unique doctrines, namely inter-generational sex, and LJR practices.

>We also respect and understand the rights former members have to air such grievances on their chat board, as long, of course, as individuals are not slandered. We believe Barney, for example, has taken great pains to recognize the rights of all individuals on his site, and we commend him for that. We believe Family leadership and members have shown a willingness to dialogue and a sincere concern and interest in the feelings and welfare of individuals who at some point in their lives were attached to the Family in some way, great or small.

you sure seem to think that ex-Family are somewhat stupid, and feeble-minded, like the CMers who whole-heartedly embrace every little impulse, word, feeling doctrine from Maria's ever so prophetical narcisstic head. Isn't it amazing what kind, sweet loving words you will put in a letter, hopes of using this letter court portray yourselves as victims, contrast exploitive abusive manipulators are. hell talking about: "willingness dialogue"?--"sincere concern interest feelings welfare individuals who...? sick bunch deceptive liars!>

>However, it is important to recognize that current Family members are also individuals with rights and the Family as a fellowship has rights, just as any other church or organization has.

Ahhhhh, come-'on, now!--The only people you ever viewed as "individuals with rights" were your top ass-kissers! Everybody else is only there for the benefit of the so-called shepherds, who do a very good job of laying down everybody's lives for their own feelings of self worth, selfishness and hunger for power. Why is it that whenever it pleases you, you try to portray the Family as just another fellowship, another church, or another organization? While you love the relationship you have with Scientology, why not let them know what you really think about their organization? How willing would they really be to work for you, if they learn the Family's real attitude toward their religious movement?>

>Although we are willing to do what we can to make amends and help former members who have grievances, we also must protect the rights of our fellowship and individual members.

protect the rights of your fellowship and individual members!--Does that mean if some CMers don't personally agree with inter-generational relationships, they won be forced into it? have right to refuse sex someone feel close to, their are being violated--not protected! So, act stupid. Maria got her buns in a knot one Letter, scaring Family members thinking Devil was fighting every member. You talk about protecting' rights, when spiritual thugs aren content until nobody has at all, except perverts. Either CMer's or accused murmurring, negativity, rebellion, sowing discord, etc. nice try!

>We believe that your allegations that the Family promoted or engaged in: child pornography, adult-child sex, prostitution, adultery, libel, kidnapping, larceny, evasion and political meddling is libelous and we know of no court of law that has found The Family guilty of these crimes (of course some of the listed are not crimes). We would suggest that the horrendous suffering that over 200 innocent children were subjected to in Argentina due to outright slanderous libel from former members, most of whom did not even know these children or have any knowledge of their lives, may serve as a lesson to the ill consequences of unfounded accusations presented as fact, and truth twisted beyond recognition, to the point that judges have to proclaim such testimony as perjury.

the real sad part of 1993, how I see it, is that the authorities worldwide were totally out line in they handled course events. If had right attitude toward members Family, instead treating everybody as though guilty, and caged up, adults kids with most dangerous inmates, court cases might have been differently. Family's bust was soon after Waco Holocaust, it a wake-up call, for to not be barbaric handling religious movement.
