yes, I do get that feeling all the time. And I feel like I have all this extra baggage that I just loathe carrying around too. Trouble is, I don't think there is anyway to effectively get rid of it except to just deal with it when it arises, learn to control it, learn to understand it, why it comes, where it comes from and how to handle it. Do you think so too? You are always a pleasure to talk to - so down to earth.
