Another person whom Acheick spoke nicely of molested and raped your daughter, and this person is a well-known COG musician.
Why not send Acheick an email and just tell her about it? If you are giving reliable first-hand information, there is no reason she should continue to speak highly of him.
Whatever you're going to do, look into the statute of limitations if any, not just the general laws, but specifically what applies to which country where the crime happened.
