I know who you are talking about but I do have a problem with the topic coming from some one else who also confused me with him but instead of asking, as you thoughtfully did, she blasted me about some supposedly lack of concern, etc. I had had.
That woman is an old COG-leader-wannabe I care little about and was just being herself, pobrecita. She has reportedly helped a few people land safely. If you go to the Blue Board you can post there asking for help to find either Heaven of Miguel or both and she will most likely respond - especially if she thinks you are/were important or currently have money/social position. You better be careful because she is good friends with Grant (of course) and strongly supports FCF. Well, we all have our bad spots.
