It's funny how we must've read those Letters and heard what was read and yet we didn't think, "Huh? What? WHAT did you just say?" I think our minds were not fully operational, at least not in the critical question-asking dept.
I'm curious, how many people REMEMBER quotes like that and thought: "Aw...isn't Dad so cute and sexy."?
