There is no excuse for criminal acts. I do hope the SGAs don't think that we are trying to make excuses. However, I do believe in forgiveness and I do believe that there are people in the group that were inclined to some or all of those criminal elements and found a great place to practice it without fear of prosecution - they are the true criminals. Then there are those that were coerced into it and avoided those things as much as possible. There are differences in what happened to whom and when and how, it's not all the same.
