Not like I have ever written anything with something else in mind..... What about starting with just a single person? Like this guy that has been wandering around. This one person. Does he want help? He may be able to be emancipated. Maybe if he is willing someone (or he can) explain his needs and a person who is sponsoring him can receive and manage the funds for (i.e.) education, therapy, whatever. Or people in that general area can hunt down resources and do some searching for grant info., application info., assist him thru the process? If he decided to drop out and there were left over funds they could go into a similar endeavor? Jewish people believe that if you save one life, you save the world. One life means alot. That is a place to start? Sometimes our misunderstandings and miscommunications can bring up some positive stuff, or?
