Yes,there were times I thought of leaving earlier, but then all the Mo letters I'd stored in my brain would kick in, reminding me of the dire punishments, the spiritual leprosy, being the vomit of God, etc. So every time I even barely started to consider leaving, my programmed thinking (mind programming) would kick in. Till finally at a very basic level my body/mind/spirit went on Code Red and overrode my cult programming, allowing me barely enough room to start thinking, and then the thinking continued and finally I'd made the decision to leave.
