Well, using my mind I know that it really should make no difference if a kid goes to private school or to public school.
I've seen kids go through private school who turned out to be hellian: drugs, wild sex, you name it.
Then I've seen kids go through public school who turned out very well.
I think most of it is determined by who they associate in school, whether that school is private or public.
I think my fears are probably irrational, but they are still real fears none-the-less.
But after having a couple of days to think about this, and even reading these posts, I'm feeling better about this decision to put her into the public school.
Tomorrow (Halloween) is her first day!
