Goth you have an advantage over people like me. You had the sense to leave before the days of the combos, schools, victor camps etc. I don't know the exact year you left but it was before a most of the abuse occurred.
When my daughter gets angry and really rough in expressing her feelings to me, I stick out my chin and try to take it without resisting it. She's forgiven me but she still has to slash away sometimes.
I think the SGs and MovinOn is fantastic! I go there a lot to read what's going down and I'm impressed. I'm rooting for those guys. I even got practical solutions for my son's situation from MovinOn and emailing an SG.
(By the way I recommend ADSL connections to anyone who's thinking about getting one. I pay a monthly fee, and I've got fast surfing 24/7, I can click from page to page without having to wait.)
