Well, Passerby, You may think it is enjoyable to me. Actually NONE of this is enjoyable. Not at all. Of course, this being a private e-mail, one question asked about generations pitted against each other may seem leading, but it was based in this writers experience in psychology as well. Now, that being said, let me first clarify that I don't see the SGAs as the purer generation in the sense of being favored or treated better, but in the sense that hitler had the youth camps to train their followers to be the best of the best. I think this was Bergs vision, not the reality, in fact FAR FROM the reality that happened. But when you look back in Berg history, you will see that there were often turn overs of leadership where "younger bottles" were given the reins. Personally I just think the reins should be burnt and healing for all encouraged. I wish we could talk without just the confines of the postings to clearly state what I want to. I talked largely about sexual abuse in the course of this conversation. The point is, that the psychologist points out that there are many venues of manipulation to look at, not just that one. That ONE is my most sensitive one. I don't regret anything I have posted, but I do regret how it is interpreted and see how it IS interpreted so. Is it possible do you think, for first and second generations to dialogue and try to understand each other? Not on the basis of anyone being superior to another. I left long before "Uncles and Aunties" terminology started.
