i spoke to several family mems, both very sincere, that i met at a trade show they exhibitted at. my wife also met rf at one. they were all very clear about it being totally seperate and a personal effort. they did come to some arrangement for the use of some kiddieviddie footage , but the great majority was original material produced in conjunction w/ several other COMPLETELY nonfam entities. their dist plan also did not involve the homes. in another context i learned from a different source they opted for retail distribution in a country that precluded the fam, even tho they wanted it.
they did not deny being in the fam. they did however make it clear it wasn't a family concieved or executed project. when i was in i certainly did a lot of things that weren't ws owned and operated. didn't you? i don't know andrew v , if he is in or out.
