Anyone who even touches a child sexually is guilty of breaking the law & injuring that child emotionally if not physically. And if they go to prison so be it. Yes they only did it once but if they have to pay the price for their stupidity they have to pay.
But the clinical definition of pedofilia is an incurable disease that does not respond to treatment. The pedofile does not feel remorse after a deed only greater lust & perverted appetite. Whether you like it or not that is the medical definition.
So was Rick Dupuy a pedofile? No. His life was destroyed by remorse over what he had done.
