Did you notice that? the thing about him telling them not to do the tests and then they did anyway. you can't contrl what the police will do & things got out of control but ed just felt bad for havin gset things in motion in the first place. but about half ofhis letter I notice was a rebuke tothe police & the other authorities.
Not that it did a lot of good & I don't know why ed bothered. frankly I think he had to be pretty stupid to go down there in the first place & work with some of the worst police in the world. What? did he think a few years of post-Falkland democracy would have changed the most facist police in the world into nice guys?
