Response to e-mail

Just to let u know that I did get a response from Bill C. re: the e-mail I sent about my concerns re: Family project. He said the situation is cause of great concern and a top priority, so it sounds like there is something being done.
I think this shows that there are many ways of working on change, some which others would not want to do themselves, but whatever brings about change, hey that is great, I think. Thanks Sam, for the address. Did anyone else get a response?
