I must admit I haven't researched about tanning salons so I wouldn't really know. Personally I don't use them simply because I have neither time nor money nor easy access. I guess if I had a chance to use one regularly I would probably research it and find out more first, but I am the type who will try something at least once, good or not, so I will probably find myself inside one some day.
