That's part of it, that you should be very happy to see them again. Who knows when you'll see them passing through again? It might be years. Let them know that you love them whatever your disagreements with the Family's policies and teachings. The group says they have so much love but their love is conditional ('if you obey' etc). What flesh-and-blood families can offer is unconditional love. That doesn't mean you have to empty out your bank account to prove that you love them. Give what you can if you feel so inclined, but the main thing is to let them know you love them deeply as individuals. If they ever choose to leave the group, they'll know that at least one person out there truly loves them.
