This subject has all come up before, Joshua's name and the whole thing only then it was left unresolved so people had these questions in the back of their mind, 'well, DID he do it?' And some people didn't even have questions, they thot they 'knew' for sure that he must be guilty.
All these months some people were left wondering & probably assuming the worst. This clearing up needed to happen, but now that it has we can move on and talk about procedures & not mention names any more.
