I don't think it was discussed here, but it was disclosed in public messages recently on NDN that a young man living at the place in question died in a traffic accident recently.
I am aware that the accident is currently under investigation. So, that we don't go right back to where we started with all this, I'll decline to commend on that investigation until it is concluded.
I don't have first hand knowledge of drug or alchohol use at the place in question. When I visited there, I didn't see any. But, I'm well aware that people were probably on their best behavior.
