Connecticut has the longest Statute in the Northeast. Massachusetts actually gives someone until their 31st birthday to file charges for childhood rape according to the Boston Globe article. My daughter's 31st birthday is in 5 days. We've discussed the issue over and over again and she has decided not to file criminial or civil charges against her childhood COG rapist.
