To say, "no current member of our group is a part of such a suit." However, I also think that they are FULLY aware of the ramifications of their little trigger statement, ie. that one has to leave the Family to prosecute child abuse. The message they are ALSO sending is that you are not "a member in good standing" if you do such an unapproved thing. The overall effect is to stifle any such action, ever.
I think they are very fully aware of the little double-bind they've built into their new policy.
