Personally, I don't think it's going to be as davasting or negative as the media is making it out to be. A lot of the Arab world does not like Hussein either and are probably more angry that the U.S. is beating them to the job and making them look bad. People forget what a strong army and effective tactical force the U.S. has.
If nothing else, this should spur us on to finding alternative forms of energy, at least I hope so.
