If you get in touch with the Federal USA Government taking some phone number down from their web site or in the phone book, you can probably find the info nicely given to you or ask about the international expenses' budget. I'll take a look myself and let you know the results... You can then divide the amount found by the number of the population or better by the number of tax payers in USA.
