So do you think I should try to get custody??? I would so do it if I felt he wanted to leave, I just feel like the window of opportunity is closing fast, and he will be gone back to Guatemala soon where he will be isolated from anyone who really cares about him. By the way since my mom didn't want him to be around me she took him to a family home in New Orleans to try to get him "back in the spirit" for the few days he has left here in the States. She is so minipulative it scares me.
