Sam,

the issue is not so much sending many to jail (top leadership should definitely be accountable and so specific abusers) but finding constructive solutions or some sort of help for the ones who are LEFT having to pick up the pieces, and their own pieces at that.
So the issue is not so much only a justice issue, but the compounding issue of how to help/rehabilitate/reeducate exiting people and especially exiting youth.
Somehow the case needs to get more national/local coverage and recognition and that is always a double edge sword, but it seems to be one of the few ways to gain enough visibility to cause some changes through pressure.

This is in a broad way the problem a lot of people from abusive families face, and a lot of minors face. That is why at some point some intervention is attempted on the side of relatives, teachers, anybody who is touch with the young people needing more assistance and attention than they are obviously getting.

In the F's case, circumstances are harder because of the isolation that makes intervention very hard if not impossible. But we need to remember ALL the people who managed and are managing somehow, because otherwise we lose heart and that does not help either.

So in many ways, the issue is very complex, and is not just about indicting, but about the need to find more resources.
