I don't know about now, but when my sister wanted to leave, she was living at the HCS, she was 17 at the time so that was about 8 or so years ago, she was put in isolation and not allowed to contact anyone, not to say goodbye to our younger sister who was also there at the time. It is a very sore point with my sister. But I can't speak for the present.
