Alan, thank you for sharing your very inspiring story with us. I am very happy to hear of your continued faith in the Lord, especially with all that you have been through. I don't think we met in the Family, but I am glad to meet you now. I am in Florida - are you still down here?
I have to say that I agree with you about the grace and mercy of Christ. Since leaving the Family, there have been many storms of life that I have encountered that I don't know if I would have made it through without the Lord. I got an education on what it really means to live by faith after I left the Family. It doesn't have anything to do with simply not working at a 9-5 job. I am very glad that you found all of us, and I pray for God's continued presence in your life.
