I was trying to explain something to someone about this kind of thing a while back.
In our society, kids.... including teens... including teens who flirt... are off limits.
We have a major news story going on in California and Nevada at the moment. Once again, a female adult teacher running off with a male 15 year old student. They found them in a Las Vegas hotel together.

Even if the boy liked it. Even if he begged for it, he was still off limits! No excuses.
Adults who fail to behave in a responsible manner involving children and teens should be held accountable.
