I didn't say they were ALL wealthy - but they sure are doing a lot better than they were before - at least the ones with the casinos. I know this because of my children's friends and families I see now. That's all I was saying - please don't read more into it than that. There is enough misunderstanding in this medium as it is.
I was just thinking how there is also attempts at helping the Jews recover money they put in Swiss bank accounts and were never able to recover due to their termination by the Germans. There is also an attempt to help the Armenians recover insurance policies they were never able to cash in because of their genocide. It's slow, but there is some progress.
