I, for one, have gained more insight and knowledge than I had before this thread. Little by little, I understand more and more. I do appreciate your posts and always come away with something of value. I get a little testy sometimes, but you know, I have a lot of baggage too and I think you understand that. I appreciate your site and think you are doing a great service to all those SGAs who really need that. You offer them something we can't do for them and I wish we could.
