PS I fanatically believed that Berg was God's Endtime Prophet, the David of the End, to whom God had promised I will not lie onto David.
In hindsight I'm glad that most of my time in the Family was in the boonies, and a lot of the stuff that happened elsewhere didn't happen in the homes we lived in.
I assume responsibility for having read about it
and for not having listened to my conscience, if I had I would have left the Fam years before I did. I could have reported what Berg was publishing and what Family leaders were practicing.
