Great idea. You might want to post this on MovingOn also. Sorry to ask but are you FG or SG? I ask because SGs generally want to take initiative themselves & for the most part they do not seek FG interaction, except maybe in a supportive role. I'm not trying to put a damper on your idea, merely to respect the rights of SGs themselves to taking primary action.
