Suzie, I hope you don't misunderstand, I believe there is a lot you can do. But, if the victim doesn't want to testify, then basically you don't have much of a case.
And also the statute of limitations is running out in this case or it might have already runout. It might be different in Australia.
Believe me, I believe justice needs to be done.
These guys are criminals and they need to be punished. But, you and I certainly don't know the whole details of this case. You can't just let emotions rule you and have this as your cause' de celebre.
