OT - Frozen Bananas

Yes Acheick you can freeze bananas. When they get a little brown and undesirable, ya throws 'em in the freezer! When you have five of 'em, you take 'em out to thaw, you pull out the good ole "Joy of Cooking" cookbook and flip it to the banana bread recipe page... whatchameanyoudon'thaveitbookedmarked?... and an hour later you've got yourself a nice healthy bread. Add some lemon juice and poppyseeds to make it a bit tastier.
I suppose it don't fit the low-carb thing that's this year's american craze but for me, I bike a lot and I have about a pound of fat on me so... perfect food.
btw, what does Acheick mean?
