I may be wrong about "Diamonds of Dust" having that reference to Dixon, but I never read the "Khadaffi's Magic Lamp" letter, so I am certain that you are also incorrect.
I'm sure that the Dixon reference appeared in a really old ML, and was (with the exception of calling Dixon a phrofitess) uncontroversial.
Can anybody tell us what ML contained this reference? Better yet...if you have the letter, can you please quote the section in question?
