Sorry, I don't have that letter, but there is someone on this board, I think, that announced that they got their "Home Arc" working. Maybe they can trace it down. It's probably a "World Currents" issue. But, if I can, maybe I can try to get my Home Arc working again.
Just another note... I'm not sure if you remember or know, but the F. put out a super glossy PR video called "The Family". They used those shots of George Bush in Florida meeting the Family singers for the first time. It shows him talking and joking with them, and calling Barbara over, too. It makes me sick to think about the two-faced image the F. has.
