I totally agree. I would also like to add in the "guilt factor." We operated solely on guilt in TF, we shouldn't have to do that now. I feel like some things said here border on that, - such as the idea that certain people should be given more credit because they do more than others - this is like putting guilt on exmembers and they do not need that. We need to move away from that.
