A cool approach

In other words, touching back to the safe, secure memories of childhood. I know not all of us can do that since we didn't all have childhoods we like to remember, but I think it's cool you were able to. For me, part of getting in touch with sane past memories was to build a snowman. That worked really well until my brother stuffed black powder into the snowman's head & blew the head off. Then I went out and wrestled my brother into the snow, which also brought back memories.
