When I was away on my road trip I visited a Thai Buddhist Forest Monastary in the NSW Southern Highlands. It was so inspiring and peaceful that I decided I would make a little spot in the garden with a water feature, a few statues and a log to sit on so I could get away and sit and think by myself, sort of a little shrine to me. I was so enthusiastic that as soon as I got back from my long drive I started madly clearly a patch of 'jungle' and went a little crazy. It was about 40 degrees celsius - pretty silly eh? A couple of days later I hit the deck so to speak. Glad to say I'm feeling heaps better every day. Yeh to the evil drug companies!
