It is so true that we have some major buttons that get pushed and then we explode. One thing that is helping me right now is that I think I do things out of rebellion. You know, I think - I'm simply not going to __________ fill in the blanks, anymore, so I'm going to rebell and that can be sometimes explosive.
I agree that there needs to be more dialogue and that is slow coming. If we could have dialogued about this before and been open to communication, we could have accomplished a lot without being at each others' throats.
