These guys are really, really slick with the PR thing. L'Arche is a very well-known and widely respected service model for people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. Putting themselves into the picture at the L'Arche Home gives RadioActive immediate cache in the social service world. It's kind of like getting your picture taken with Mother Theresa.
If this guy gets enough of a positive ID as a perp, I will personally write to L'Arche International and give them the heads up.
