I agree. You can forgive but it's not like you can forget, that's something Berg taught, but it's not right. Forgiving the man for your own sake doesn't mean that you should forget the lessons or put yourself or your daughter in any kind of situation around that man. It just means you're letting go of vengeance and putting the matter in God's hands. Its when you don't seek to avenge but realize God says "vengeance is mine, I will repay."
