There are a couple of issues here. To successfully prosecute Sara D in a criminal case, someone would have to bring charges. They'd have to know where she's living and approach the district attorney in her jurisdiction. The DA may or may not be interested in prosecuting, depending on the statute of limitations in that jurisdiction.

It may be possible to prosecute her in a civil trial in which the plaintiffs are asking for a financial settlement due to damages suffered. Sara D probably has few financial assets, so TF leadership (Zerby et al) would also be listed in the suit. In that case, the plaintiffs in the civil suit better have a very good team of lawyers with good financial resources, because they'll be going up against TF leadership and all their resources.

I do believe the day is coming when these people will be brought to trial, but it's difficult to say how & when that will happen.

As far as Sara D asking for forgiveness is concerned, I very seriously doubt she views what she did in the nursery of the Zerby-Berg household as abuse. She probably knows she's vulnerable to a System charge of abuse, which is why she maintains such a low profile in TF. I'd be shocked if she ever showed up as a funded FCF project. No doubt Zerby keeps her on the WS payroll to stay underground and out of sight. If Sara D ever surfaces and starts talking, Zerby's in a heap of trouble.

As an indication of how "underground" Sara D appears to be: Why isn't her real name public knowledge? Also, where is her daughter? Talk about a young adult with some stories to tell!

Being aware that she's subject to criminal charges and/or a civil suit is not the same as understanding the damage she did in sexualizing a generation of children. Sara D's defense now is likely to be exactly what her rationale was back then: She was just socializing little Davidito in "the liberty of the Lord and the Law of Love." She would not claim any responsibility for what others in TF decided to do to their children as a consequence of reading her childcare manual.

My take on reading this woman's account of sexualizing Davidito is that she is the genuine article--a female perp. These women don't suddenly "get it" after years of getting away with it and ask their victims for forgiveness.
