I completely agree with your point of view on this. When I have read some of the letters with Berg's attitude about women and what he wrote, outright, and I think of myself being in that and having read it, even when I blocked it out somewhat, I am amazed that I stayed in at all. What I realize is that at times that I wanted to leave, even though I felt WRONG for it, that there was no way known to me to do so, I felt trapped. I can only imagine that the higher up a person gets, the more trapped such as in training centers, WS, in the house of the witch.
