Ever since the Charter and smaller homes became the norm, it's just a fact that the people who open the home are going to be on the home's teamwork. It takes some money and initiative to open a new home in the first place. Especially if it's in a third world place. The people who open new homes are also the ones who know how to bring in the money. They deserve to be the ones who have a major say in what happens.

Karen and Peter can shoot themselves some more in the feet for all I care.

I remember a post charter situation once, a couple national couple, with a number of children, had not only opened a new home in a brand new region, they had also founded their own non profit ngo. New members joined their home from the west, these new members moved into the home the national couple had opened, furnished, etc. But it wasn't long before they were voted off the teamwork, but soon enough the couple was being voted out of the home. The new members were sitting high and dry in the furnished apartment which they hadn't had to lift a finger to get rolling. Guess what, their home soon folded and most of them returned to the West. Great management and great fruit.
