details of SG court case in California

i heard about an SG girl in california who was raped by Family leaders in the cult & she had them dead to rights but the case fizzled out. anyone know about that? the SG who told it to me said that the family leadership was crapping their pants over it cause it would've bust the group open, but the SG got mixed up & named someone else also who hadn't molested her so the case got off on a technicality with a slap on the wrist. anyone know the facts about that?
