Details of SG Court Case in California

I found this story about a San Diego court case posted by PD. (Link is below.) The relationships of the people involved are a little confusing, but the source of information about the case is PD's cousin. The SG involved in the case is PD's cousin's half-sister. The Family FG who was named in this suit WAS found guilty. He also sounds like a serious predator/child abuser who may have shown up on the FCF website, according to a recent comment to the article.
